Circular type stacker and reclaimer (side type)

Features: This stacker and reclaimer is a new model developed to meet the demands for high material density, rigid environmental requirements and high explosion-proof grade. The steel structure is optimized with finite element analysis, and PLC is used as control unit for all components of the electrical control system. Inverter motors are widely used in the electrical systems of slewing drive and traveling drive to further stabilize operation of the equipment. Explosion protection is a common requirement on equipment running in enclosed stock yards. The motors, brakes, rubber belts and switches used on our stacker and reclaimer are all explosion-proof, and the electrical room for the operator is also a confined explosion-proof system with positive pressure.

Meanwhile, we provide a manual or automatic fire fighting system, which can be installed on the middle part of the stacker and reclaimer as per user's request. On the top of the stacker and reclaimer we provide a 4-in-1 (methane, CO, H and temperature) monitoring system, which performs ongoing monitoring of the gases in the stock yard to prevent gas explosion. The newly designed stacker and reclaimer ensures equipment security and operator's safety at the same time, making it a critical device in daily production.

Application: Mainly applied in stacking / reclaiming coal in stock yards as one of the most important devices in the production system used in power plants, coal mines, metallurgy works and chemical works.

Features of this equipment: Stacker reclaimer shall adopt stacking and reclaiming process of herringbone stacking and full-section reclaiming. Under program-comtrolled of PLC, the stacking boom slew and finish periodic luffing speed-variable motion during slewing at the same time and finish the continuous herringbone stacking process. Reclaimer shall run in the storage yard through end beam running around center column, and the rake shall slew along bridge to achieve full-section reclaiming at the same time. Finally the scrper conueying system shall scrape the material to the end of center column and conveying out by pit belt conveyor.
